dr. VAnberlin seems to be a really nice but he was unable to fix what was wrong with me and may have miss led me as far as my medical insurance what was approved and what was not when I contacted his staff his office manager so graciously call me with rude comments and treated me like I was nothing when I asked her why was she talking to me in this manner she then accuse me of yelling this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had my feet are in the same condition they were when I came I was disrespected by his staff an overcharge and went to ask about a certain charge code was not given an explanation except for I should know my own insurance then was called back from an unknown number and it happens to be his office manager again she then stated to me if I could not pay a certain amount she would go to collections a mediately she seemed to take great pride in saying that's like it was a victory of hers I called back and let her know or who ever answer the phone that I would pray for her because something must be deeply bothering this woman for her to treat dr. Vangorkum patience in this manner. I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau. I think we have every right to ask what certain codes we are being charged and why we were told our insurance is covering our medical issues.
